Your Membership

You Belong at the YMCA!

The YMCA is a dynamic organization, a place where you can learn and grow as an individual, a place where families can have fun and spend time together. Belonging to the YMCA means camaraderie, respect and the opportunity to build long-lasting friendships.
The Y is a non-profit, volunteer-led, community-based organization. Our strength lies in our community roots and strong volunteers. The YMCA is for  everyone, regardless of race, religion, age, income or ability.
The Vicksburg YMCA conducts regular sex offender screenings on all members, participants, and guest. If a sex offender match occurs, the Vicksburg YMCA reserves the right to cancel membership, end program participation, and remove visitation access.

Family Citywide Membership

The comprehensive Y Family Membership includes dad, mom, and all children under age 21 and living at home or full-time college students.
This popular membership provides all Vicksburg Y facilities and programs, including the beautiful 40,000 square-foot DR. Payment Notes

Monthly Fee
The monthly Bank Draft Program is a continuous membership that does not expire. Payment is automatically drawn from your checking account on the 1st or 15th of each month. This is a convenient way to pay the Y membership and is not a “contract.” It can be cancelled with a 30-day written notice to the YMCA. If the bank draft is returned for any reason, a $30.00 service charge is levied.

Joining Fee
Our joining fee is a one time fee that is paid only once as long as a membership is continuous. If a membership lapses more than 30 days, the joining fee must be paid upon rejoining.

YMCA Reciprocal Membership Program

The Y movement is for youth development, healthy living and social responsibility. We want to encourage members to utilize the Y as often as they can. Sometimes, it’s more convenient for members to utilize a Y in a different location when traveling, near a workplace or in another region. Now, YMCA members have the flexibility to use other Y facilities throughout the nation, at no extra charge. Simply present your active YMCA membership card and photo ID at any YMCA and enjoy free access. We advise calling ahead for details.
